5. Payment for sprees have to be made by the date & time stated in the post or else orders will be canceled.
6. No dead buyers or M.I.A or else blacklisted.
7. No canceling of orders after the spree have been ordered
8. There will be FULL refund if the item you ordered is out of stock (OOS).
9. Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
10. Purchase with your own judgment, items may not be as pretty as shown in the pictures.
11. Only orders in order form format is accepted. If you didn't submit your orders by the format, we will not treat it as official order.
12. Collection of item' items will only be allowed when your items have arrived. If you have items which have not arrived, we will not allow collection of arrived items first.
13.Shopwithsweeties will not be responsible for any loss of mail if you choose normal mail.
14. Shopwithsweeties will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost when delivered by local postages or from overseas.
15. Mailing of items will only be done after you have paid the postage fees.
16. Please write the full and correct address when you submit the order form. You will have to pay the postage fees again if there is any returned mail due to wrong address.
17. Our POSB account number will be revealed to you when orders confirmed.
18. Do note that item take 1-2 weeks to arrive. We will not entertain impatient buyers.
19. If you can't wait, don't order.
20. Items of customers who MIA during appointed meetup timing will be confiscated.
21. Items will be confiscated if not collected after ONE month.
22. Meetups are strictly on weekdays only. If you insist on having meetups on weekends, $2 extra charges will be needed.
23. Discounts will be entitled to customers who order 15 or more items.
24. SWEETPOKADOTS reserves the rights to edit the terms and condition without any prior notice.
25. By submitting your orders would mean that you have agreed to our terms and condition.
